Location: Caritas Nepal, Field office Mugu
Qualifications and Experience:
· ISC in Agriculture with at least 3 years of experience in organic farming or agricultural techniques, or JT-Agriculture with over 5 years of experience in organic farming, agro-ecology, or agricultural techniques.
· Ability to research, analyze, and develop strategic plans for agricultural farms and policies.
· Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali languages
· Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
· Strong networking, coordination, and advocacy skills are highly desirable.
· Proven community mobilization skills and willingness to work in remote areas.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirement:
· Valid motorcycle license and driving skills are required.
