Caritas Nepal is a non-profit organization solely devoted to the service of the poor, most disadvantaged, and marginalized people irrespective of caste, creed, ethnicity, and nationality. The organization was founded in 1990 by the Catholic Church to respond to the devastating floods and other natural disasters that occurred.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agroecology, or a related field.
• Proven 2-3 years of experience in agricultural project management and coordination.
• Strong understanding of agroecology principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and community groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer skills- Word, Excel, Access.
• Familiar with financial management and project budgeting
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Two -A wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from the project areas are preferred
